Once the dates and accommodation type have been confirmed, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit (camping excluded), of the total rental to secure the reservation.
The deposit may be paid either by direct bank transfer or a cheque payable in France. Details for this will be emailed upon booking.
Upon receipt of the deposit, a 'Confirmation of Booking' with us will be emailed to you in PDF format along with our 'Terms and Conditions'.
Confirmation by return email from you stating that you have been able to open, read and understand the PDF file is required.

This additional charge applies to the two self-catering apartments only.
In each apartment there is an electricity meter. This is read and the meter reading noted upon your arrival
Upon departure, the units consumed by you are charged at the current EDF price per unit.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

How do I pay for my accommodation with you?
Apartments: Arrival from 16:30, departure by 10:00.
Camping: Arrival anytime between 14:00 and 19:00, departure by 11:00.
We do not accept arrivals at Bike Camping France after 19:00 unless by prior agreed arrangement.

The balance of your rental will be required upon arrival and in Euros only; direct bank transfer, cash or cheque payable in France.
We are unable to take credit or debit cards.

We pride ourselves in offering our clients a private and exclusive holiday with minimal disruption.
Therefore Bike Camping France is open to paying clients only and no external visitors are accepted.
